Are inFyve products Made in Italy?

Yes, all our products are formulated and produced in Italy, in a laboratory that boasts 60 years of experience.

Are inFyve products dermatologically tested?

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested

Are inFyve products nickel tested?

Yes, our products are tested for nickel and all heavy metals.

In general, if you are allergic and want to opt for a product you have never tried, we recommend carrying out tolerability tests on your skin 24 hours before treatment to prevent any allergic reactions. Simply apply a small amount of product on the wrist or inside of the elbow.

Are inFyve products cruelty free?

Yes, inFyve products comply with the European Union decree of 11 March 2013, which prevents testing on animals for cosmetic products.

Do inFyve products have an expiration date?

inFyve products, like all cosmetic products, report the PAO (Period After Opening) on ​​the packaging: this indicates the deadline within which the manufacturer guarantees the effectiveness of a cosmetic product and is indicated as the number of months after opening. Once this period has passed, it may not be fully effective.

I had irritation after using an inFyve product. What to do?

Irritation could depend on sensitivity to a particular ingredient in the product. You could stop using it for a while and then try again with an application of the product on the wrist or inside of the elbow, 24 hours before applying it on the face.

I received and used an inFyve product, but I am not satisfied with it. What to do?

We are sorry that our product does not meet your expectations. However, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return an opened and used product.

I received a defective/damaged/different product from what I ordered, what can I do?

Can I use inFyve products during pregnancy?

Yes, our products can be used during pregnancy. However, if you have concerns about specific product ingredients, check with your healthcare provider.

ORDERS and SHIPMENTS

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number. From there you can track your order and change the time and location of delivery if necessary.

How can I cancel my order?

Write an email to info@infyvebeauty.com expressing your interest in canceling the order and indicating the order number, email and name with which you placed the order.


If the order has not yet been processed, we will immediately cancel and refund it. However, if the order has already been processed and the shipment has already been taken care of, you will have to wait to receive the order and exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the products to us and thus obtaining a refund.

Can I make a return?

Check the returns page and change all return conditions.

Do I have to register to purchase online?

No, it is not necessary, but registration allows you to keep track of all your orders and access exclusive benefits.

RECYCLING

Can I recycle product containers?

Of course, all our packaging is completely recyclable. You will find the disposal icons for each component on each package.

Is the shipping box recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging is completely recyclable.

The shipping box, however, is linked to the "Controversa" project, so it can be completely turned over and become a box to reuse at home, to contain any type of object. We therefore advise you not to throw it away.
